The Quist app offers a unique display of significant events in LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS history that took place on today's date in previous years. This app aims to showcase the rich history of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and HIV communities in a new and accessible way.

Each event featured on Quist provides a description and an image, alongside valuable links to additional information, related videos, and relevant products such as books, CDs, and DVDs.

Quist encompasses a wide range of historical events that highlight the LGBTQ community's contributions to society, shed light on the treatment of gender fluidity and same-sex relationships throughout history, and honor the courageous sacrifices of individuals who have advanced the cause.

The app allows users to efficiently sort and search events based on various criteria such as country, U.S. state, month and day, year, or specific keywords.

Notably, Quist has garnered significant recognition from reputable sources including Huffington Post, Buzzfeed, The List on ABC2, the Michelangelo Signorile Show on Sirius XM Progress, HuffPost Live, Queerty, Towleroad, and Joe.My.God., among many others. Impressively, it has been downloaded over 17,000 times within less than a year.

Furthermore, in order to provide a more inclusive experience, historical content is now available in the native language of each respective country in addition to English.
